Platform extension - turning a (health) crisis into an opportunity
At first glance, the health crisis was naturally not very "opportune" for Kipers Industries. We thus “took advantage” of this difficult period to question our value proposition and develop an extension of our platform. Based on the digitization of quality controls, it now provides support for the deployment of a continuous improvement policy (loss analyzes, criticality of dry materials, etc.) and facilitates sharing and communication.

I will discuss in particular the aspects related to: - the industrial motivations underlying this evolution of practices, - the methodological and technical foundations of predictive maintenance, - the benefits that can be derived from it. Illustrative examples will naturally support the discussions. It will also be an opportunity to present Kipers Industries' perception of the positioning of predictive maintenance within the major industry theme 4.0. If you are thinking about predictive analysis of the performance of your bottling and packaging line, this webinar may be of interest to you!
